Marketing

We will list your property in the top online travel agencies like Airbnb and Booking, giving it exposure to million of travelers from all around the world. We will take care of responding to potential renters, answering any questions they might have about the property or the area.

 Communication

You will be informed at all times of the state of your property. Our software will send you an automatic email when a new reservation is confirmed and you will have access to an online portal where you can login to see the calendar and list of reservations.

Meet & Greet

We will personally meet the renters at arrival to hand the keys, show the property and make them feel welcomed. We will explain any necessary details about the property, like WiFi info, functionality of appliances or community rules.

Guests assistance

We will remain 24/7 at the entire disposal of the guests during their stay in your property in case they have any problem or need any assistance. For us, it's very important that they feel supported so they can have a hassle-free stay and that in a future, would like to stay again.

Guests registration

By law, it is necessary to keep a registry book of the guests that stay at your property, and submit these reports with the authorities within 24 hours of the arrival of the guests. We take care of that.

Cleaning & Laundry

Inspection & Maintenance

We like to keep the property in great shape, that way avoid extra costs in the future. We do this by consistently amending any details in between stays and immediately carrying out any necessary repair.

Non-resident Tax Returns

Every month you will receive a report of the reservations from the previous month, showing gross income, fees and net amount payable to you. You will receive the rental income at the beginning of each month, after all fees have been deducted.
